General enquiries

For any questions about the Society, allotment sites, or our activities. Messages are directed to the Secretary and answered or passed on as needed.

Suggestions

Share your ideas for how we can improve our sites or the Society. Suggestions are collected and reviewed by the Management Committee.

Report issues

Use this form to report site problems (damage, trespass, theft, vandalism) or concerns about member conduct. Reports are treated in confidence by the Secretary.

Membership

Update your contact details, add or remove associates, or notify us of changes to your tenancy. These updates go straight to the Membership Secretary.

Community forum

We also have an online community forum where members can share ideas, ask questions, and join discussions about allotment life. It’s a space to connect with fellow gardeners and exchange tips beyond formal enquiries.
